1. Who we are
BMusica Academy (“BMusica”, “we”, “us”) is an online music education service operating from Egypt and teaching students worldwide. These terms govern your use of bmusicaacademy.com and any lessons, subscriptions or digital products purchased through it.
2. Lessons and scheduling
Lessons are delivered live online via Google Meet and last 45 minutes each. Lesson times are agreed with your instructor and confirmed in your own time zone. You are responsible for having a working device, camera and internet connection, and for the instrument itself.
3. Subscriptions
A subscription covers a fixed number of 45-minute lessons within a calendar month (4 or 8 lessons, for one student or for two siblings). Unused lessons do not carry over to the following month unless we agree otherwise in writing. Sibling plans cover two named children learning in the same session.
4. Missed and rescheduled lessons
If you notify your instructor at least 12 hours before a lesson, that lesson will be rescheduled within the same month at no extra cost. Lessons missed without notice are treated as delivered. If an instructor cancels, the lesson is always rescheduled or credited.
5. Free trial
The free trial is one 45-minute lesson per student, offered once. No payment details are required to book it.
6. Digital products
Sheet music and other PDF products are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use by one household. You may print copies for your own study. You may not resell, redistribute, upload or share the files.
7. Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged in advance for the month ahead. Access to lessons depends on the subscription being paid and current.
8. Conduct
We expect courteous behaviour from students, parents and instructors. We may suspend or end a subscription, with a pro-rated refund of unused lessons, in cases of abusive behaviour.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
