What we collect

When you book a trial, subscribe or buy a PDF we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country and time zone, and the student’s first name and age. When you pay, the payment is handled by our payment provider — we receive confirmation of the payment, not your full card details.

Why we collect it

To schedule lessons in the correct time zone, to let your instructor contact you about lessons, to deliver purchased files, and to send you the monthly progress note. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Children

Lessons are booked and paid for by a parent or guardian. We keep the minimum information about a child needed to teach them: first name, age and instrument. Lesson recordings, if any, are made only with explicit parental permission and are never published without separate written consent.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary to keep your shopping cart and login session working, and basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser; the shop may stop working correctly if you do.

Who else sees your data

Our hosting provider, our payment provider, and Google (Meet, for the lesson itself). Each processes data under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for as long as tax and accounting rules require afterwards. You can ask us to delete everything else at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp (+20 12 21224294) or use the contact form and we will action it within 30 days.
