Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time before your next month begins. There is no contract period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund a month already in progress.

Refunds on lessons

If you cancel within 7 days of paying for a month and have taken no lessons in that month, we refund the full amount.

If you have taken some lessons, we refund the value of the remaining unused lessons in that month, calculated at the plan’s per-lesson rate.

If we cannot deliver a lesson (instructor unavailable, technical failure on our side) and cannot reschedule it within the month, that lesson is refunded or credited — your choice.

Digital products

Sheet music and PDF downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been used, because the file cannot be returned. If a file is faulty, corrupted or not what was described, contact us and we will replace it or refund it in full.

Free trial

The trial lesson is free. Nothing is charged and nothing needs to be refunded.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp (+20 12 21224294) or use the contact form with your name, the email used at checkout, and the reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
